Pre-order of GWEN/Pre release query
Hi
I am based i the UK and I have preordered 2 copies of GWEN online - 1 from game.com and 1 from Gameplay - both a bargain ??17.99. Anyway, when i did this with Factions, they emailed me a code whcih I added to my account and gained access to the prerelease. Obviously later on release date I received the actual game. However neither company has sent me a code this time Does this mean I will not receive one for the prerelease and have to buy separately? If anyone could help me on this i'd be greatful as i have emailed them and received no response! Best wishes to you all |

GAME are not doing the prerelease pack as a preorder for GW:EN, same as they didn't for Nightfall and are actually selling the prerelease seperately for £2 in stores and may not be selling it in their online store...
Gameplay I have heard is doing the same... Your best bet is to cancel your orders and buy the prerelease from the ingame store as they are going to be the same price as GAME's pricing, or, goto your nearest GAME store and buy the prerelease for £2 and buy the GW:EN retail pack from Play.com as it will be considerably cheaper |

From the prerelease bonus pack (PBP) price difference between Pounds Sterling and US Dollar in the In-game store, it's plausible that the GW:EN price there will be higher than that of GAME, even when you have to pay the additional £1.99 for the PBP.
I'll PM you to tell you where you can get both the PBP and GW:EN for less than £15. No one seems interested in PMing me for this secret so I doubt they're out of PBPs yet.. |
